Here is a brief description of how our car rental service at Alicante Airport works:

Confirmation of booking: We will send you a booking confirmation message after you have sent your payment and photos of your documents (driver's license and ID card).
Vehicle preparation: The day before your arrival, inform us of your reservation and we will wash and prepare the vehicle for you.
Shuttlebus: Upon arrival, please call +34 663 395 339 and a shuttle bus driver will come to pick you up with the sign LowCostParking.es at the lower departure car park for both BUS and Shuttle buses at numbers 1.-5. and in just 2 minutes we will take you to your car
Vehicle handover: At the LowCostParking reception, you just need to report the registration number of your car or show the booking form you received from us. They will then hand over the keys and the vehicle to you. All vehicle documents are inside the car. You don't have to worry about anything else.
Departure/Departure: On departure/departure and refuelling the car full to full, you arrive at LowCostParking, park the car and return the keys to reception. The shuttle bus driver will then take you directly to the airport.
Quick and easy process: The whole process only takes a few minutes, so you don't have to return the vehicle too soon. Relax and enjoy your holiday!

Please note: Please take care to speed, park correctly and obey all traffic regulations in Spain. Any fines will go to the address of the driver/client according to the documents provided. Payment instructions

After confirming the date, you will receive an exact calculation of the car rental price. Please send the payment of the car rental price to the account below.

You send the additional payment on the day of renting the vehicle

Immediately after the payment has been credited, or after the payment confirmation has been sent (e.g. on weekends), the date is valid
You will receive a confirmation message.
This completes the payment process.
You will then receive instructions for picking up and returning the car.
Please send a photo of your ID and driver's license from both sides.

Please note: Please observe the speed limit, correct parking and all traffic regulations in Spain. Any fines on the rental date will be dealt with at your address.
