General Terms and Conditions:
For our clients, we offer airport transportation services to and from the airport at a fee of €60 with our driver (payment made directly to the driver on-site). We also have the option to rent some of our vehicles at the accommodation location for approximately €30-€40 per day. You can find more details in the car rent section.
Our property manager will provide you with the apartment keys and explain everything upon your arrival. We require confirmation of the booking date. Shortly thereafter, you will need to make a payment of half of the total stay cost. This payment should be made to the account provided during the reservation process.
Once the payment is credited or you send confirmation of payment (e.g., on weekends), I will delete the booking date. This is done to prevent trading this date on advertisements, Booking, and Airbnb. So, it's binding for us!
Upon arrival at the apartment, you will need to send the remaining amount within two days. The cost of final cleaning, €75, is automatically added to the accommodation price and will be divided equally. We can also provide an invoice for your accommodation.

CAR RENTAL
Payment Instructions: After confirming the booking, you will receive an exact calculation of the vehicle rental price.
Please make the payment for the vehicle rental to the account provided during the reservation process.
The booking will be valid immediately upon payment confirmation or upon sending a payment receipt (e.g., on weekends).
You will receive a confirmation message.
This completes the payment process.
Subsequently, you will receive instructions for picking up and returning the vehicle.
Please provide a photo of both sides of your ID card and driver's license.
Note: Please adhere to speed limits, proper parking, and all traffic regulations in Spain.
Any fines incurred on the rental date will be addressed to your address.

CAR RENTAL - Pickup/Return:
Here is a brief description of how our car rental works directly at Alicante airport:
- Reservation confirmation: After payment and sending photos of your documents (driver's license and ID), we will send a confirmation message.
- Vehicle preparation: Inform us of the reservation one day before your arrival, and we will wash and prepare the vehicle for you.
- Shuttlebus: Upon arrival, call +34 663 395 339, and a shuttle bus driver with the LowCostParking.es sign will pick you up from the lower departure parking lot for BUS and Shuttlebus on numbers 1-5, and in just 2 minutes, take you to your car.
- Vehicle handover: At the LowCostParking reception, report the vehicle registration number or show the reservation form you received from us. They will then give you the keys and the parked vehicle. All vehicle documents are inside the car. You don't have to worry about anything else.
- Departure/Flight: Upon departure/flight and refueling the car full to full, arrive at LowCostParking, park the car, and return the keys at the reception. The shuttle bus driver will then take you directly to the airport.
- Quick and easy process: The entire process takes only a few minutes, so you don't have to return the vehicle too early. Relax and enjoy your holiday!
Note: Please observe speed limits, proper parking, and all traffic regulations in Spain. Any fines will be addressed to the driver/client based on documented evidence.
