I am renting a cozy ground-floor 2-room apartment (55 m2) with a wonderful blooming terrace (40 m2). Furnished in fresh traditional Spanish style, ideal for 1-4 people. Just 100 meters from the picturesque La Mata Beach. This 2.5 km long beach is a part of the sunny Costa Blanca that will dazzle every visitor.

What we offer?

A cozy and clean apartment that will enrich your holiday experience with love. Price: Only €90 per night for the whole apartment. Available all year round! Flexible dates - everything according to your agreement!

The apartment will offer you:

Bedroom with built-in wardrobe, iron, board and comfortable bed 140x200. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, kettle, toaster). Bathroom with shower. Back patio with washer and dryer. WiFi The apartment is non-smoking! The location offers a shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant right next to the apartment. Distance from Alicante airport is only 25 minutes (30 km).
