Beautiful, clean and newly furnished in 2024 (IKEA and JYSK). Famous sandy beach of La Mata (Spanish Florida). The apartment is a duplex, has one small balcony for two (east - to the sea) and a large private solarium with a deckchair, parasol and garden furniture. It is located 100m from the beach, on which there is a newly built promenade to the other end of the beach towards the city of Torrevieja (2.8km).

The apartment is non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping!
