Upon arrival, a car with a Czech-speaking driver will be waiting for you to take you to your place of stay.

We will help you get a tax identification number N.I.E. and open a bank account in Spain. We will provide all the necessary documents and paperwork related to the purchase of real estate.

Legal and tax advice:

We will provide support in the field of real estate law and taxes and ensure the submission of a proposal to register ownership of real estate in official registers.

Assistance at the notary:

We will accompany you when signing the contract at the notary and we will ensure the translation of the contracts and the notary record in your language.

We will help you register the new owner for water, electricity, gas and municipal services. We will recommend a suitable craftsman for building modifications and arrange the rental of the property.
